I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days in Isla Mujeres and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location was lovely in a quiet sac bajo area, but the constant music playing from early until late was disruptive for pool-facing rooms. The service was a bit hit and miss - the staff were helpful and did their ultimate best to make us comfortable, but at times seemed more interested in their phones or chatting than assisting guests. The dining experience was a letdown with cold coffee, but the proximity to the beach and the excellent service by Eduardo, the waiter, stood out positively. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the noise from the constant air conditioning or cleaning unit next door made it very hard to enjoy a quiet stay.
